Donnie Snyder grew up in Dallas and played small college baseball prior to graduating from the University of Texas.  He started his career as a high school football coach and in 1988  was selected to become the Executive Director of the Greater Dallas Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) where he worked closely with the FCA board chair and legendary Dallas Cowboys football coach, Tom Landry to lead the development and fundraising campaigns to support the work of FCA.  

With thirty years of leadership experience as a development and fundraising professional, Donnie has also served as Western Regional Director of Development for Washington D.C.-based Family Research Council (FRC)  and most recently as Executive Director of Advancement for Dallas Theological Seminary. 

Having provided leadership to fundraising campaigns that have produced over $250 million in his career, Donnie now uses his experience as a proven development and fundraising professional to provide authentic and effective training and consulting services to ministries and non-profits needing to grow and take their fundraising efforts to the next level.

In 2009, he published a book entitled Tom Landry—Man of Character with Ken Horton.
